Would you want customizable champions? Not fully customizable though, because if they were, no one would use the regular champions. I think they would be a nice addition.
I think we all love customization, and that the skins are supposed to serve that purpose. :( It would be cool to have more things customizable, but I think they don't do that simply because it just complicates the game even further. The game is more about strategy than it is detail like with WoW. Also the design of the champion is made to fit their own personal lore. Unlike in a game where you chose a race, here you chose an individual (which may or may not be similar to other champions). I love customization, but it's my belief as I said, it isn't a factor in this game because it would complicate things.
